What is the relationship between GMoney & GMedz

GMedz Healthtech Pvt Ltd  is a group company of GMoney.  

Why are the prices lower on GMedz compared to the Market?

  • GMedz is buying in bulk directly from Manuf / brands / Distributors
  • GMedz is removing the extra margins of middlemen / trade by sourcing directly
  • GMedz is charging a small margin to cover only the cost of our operations and logistics. We want to pass all the savings to our Hospitals & clinics. This is the reason for LOWER Prices


Who can purchase  in Group Buy  

All existing GMoney network hospitals, clinics & doctors can participate in Group buy and save upto 35% on their existing consumable purchase. 


How can Hospitals & Clinics buy 

To buy on GMedz, Hospitals would need to do the following 

  1. Select Products and Place your Order
  2. Pay through UPI or Net Banking

Please note : Group buy is primarily for the network of GMoney Hospitals & Clinics. Our objective is that the GMoney network of 10,000+ hospitals & clinics should  benefit and Save MORE.  


Is Group Buy - available Daily 

During Beta, Group Buy is available Daily.

At a later stage, Group Buy will be available for only 2 days every week. 

This is to ensure that we buy in bulk and we sell in bulk - bringing in savings for everyone. These special prices are only available to the GMoney network  - because we are selling on limited days every week. 

We recommend our network to participate and buy for your weekly / monthly requirements.   


How to place your order on 

  1. Login : Existing GMoney Hospital network can login to GMedz using Registered Mobile Number / Email 
  2. Order : Select the products and place your order
  3. Payment : Pay through - UPI / GMoney Doctors Card (coming soon)
  4. Confirmation : Once your order is successfully placed and paid, confirmation email / whatsapp will be shared with you.

How long will it take to deliver orders 

GMedz will process most confirmed orders in 2 working days. Most of these dispatched orders will reach the destination address in 3- 7 working days depending on your location 

Once the order is dispatched, we will share the tracking id with you so that you have visibility of the shipment.


What is the minimum order value I can place?

The minimum order value has to be of Rs. 5,000/- 


When do I have to pay for the goods?

When you pay through GMoney Doctors Card - you get upto 60 days Credit line. All Payments are  auto debited (nash mandate- same as ecs) from your registered bank account which is linked to your GMoney’s doctor’s card.

- 50% payment due on 30th day from purchase. (auto debit)

- next 50% payment due on the 60th day from purchase. (auto debit)

For ex : if the Invoice value is 10,000 and order is placed on 4th July. 

Payment 1 is due on 4th August - for Rs.5000

Payment 2 is due on 4th September - for Rs.5000


If you are Paying through upi - you can instantly make the payment at the time of placing the order using any UPI app like Gpay, PayTM, Phonepe or others. 


Can I pay via cash?

No, we currently are not accepting payments through CASH.


Can I pay via google pay / phone pay/ upi payment.

Yes, you can instantly make the payment at the time of placing the order on using any UPI app like Gpay, PayTM, Phonepe or others. 


What if product/ Brand I am looking is not listed on website

Do share with us the products / brand names which you are interested in. We are available on or you can call us on  022- 4936 1234 (10am to 7pm, Mon -sat). 

We will try to explore possibilities to bring more products and brands on GMedz by GMoney.


How can I track my order?

Once shipped, customer receives a sms and e-mail on registered contact number and e-mail id containing courier company name and tracking number.

When will I get my delivery if I order today?

The delivery will happen in Mumbai 2-3 working days & other than Mumbai 3- 7 working days. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons:

  • If the area where you live is very interior in the region.
  • Natural calamities like heavy rain, earthquakes etc.
  • Political disturbance, national and regional holidays etc.


What are your shipping charges? Or, Are there any additional charges for delivery?

No.There are no additional charges for delivery.


What should I do if I get something else instead of what I had ordered? Or; I have not ordered what you have sent me.

We take great care to deliver exactly what you ordered. In case you have been delivered anything other than what you had ordered, please or write to us at / call us on within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.


Cancellations & Returns 

Can i cancel my order 

Yes, you can cancel an order before it is dispatched. To cancel the order, before dispatch please call on 022- 4936 1234 (10am to 7pm, Mon -sat)

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order using any of the below mentioned methods:

  • By contacting us on our helpline number - 022- 4936 1234 (10am to 7pm, Mon -sat).
  • By writing to us at 

Order can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once cancelled, the complete amount will be refunded.

How long does it take to cancel an Order?

 It takes 24hrs to cancel the order once the request is received on call / email.


Can cancel any order?

Yes, reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) Etc.
  • In case of a wrong product price or specification mentioned on
  • Unavailability of products – In exceptional cases, if a products runs out of stock then we might cancel the order partial or full. We will connect with you before cancelling the same.
  • If the area in which the customer is residing is not served by us or made Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order.


Can I return the product delivered to me?

Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances:

  • Product is physically damaged/defective
  • Varies from the description on the website
  • Wrong item delivered


How do I know if my order is eligible for return?

Mentioned below are the criteria for Return

  • Customer should intimate us within 7 days of receiving the order
  • For damaged product customer should intimate us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product should be unused. Not even once
  • Brand packing should remain intact
  • Invoice should be available
  • All the tags/labels should be available


What should I do if I find the package open or tampered on delivery?

When can I get a refund for my Cancelled order?

Once cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.

  • 1. UPI payments – 2-4 Business days post cancellation  
  • 2. GMoney Doctors Card - Since this is credit mode. We will cancel the eNach / Mandate and the payments will not be debited to you. You’ll receive confirmation from us post cancellation of the Mandate. Your credit limit will also be restored back 


How can I know the status of my refund?

You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed

The following is the timeline for refunds

  • For cancellation before shipping, refunds are processed in 2-3 days
  • If the order has been returned due to any other issue, we refund after we receive the item back at our warehouse and do a quality check.


What is GMedz' s Replacement Guarantee?

If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described, you can return it to get a brand-new replacement at no extra cost!


What is GMedz's Returns policy?

In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Return policy has got you covered.

My payment process was interrupted. What should I do?

No need to worry! You can contact us to check if you’ve paid for the order. If you did successfully pay, the order will be placed for you by our team.

Why are the prices lower than the Market?

Prices are lower than market because we are doing bulk buying from manufacturers & selling directly to hospitals. GMedz don't have distributors in between so prices are lower than market.

Will the prices remain low always 

Yes. Prices will always be lower.


I don’t want to do e-Mandate ? how do i pay 

You can pay via google pay / UPI payment / Net banking.


Can I pay by Cheque ?

No. We don’t accept Cheque


Can i have more than 60 days credit / payment plan 

Currently, Maximum credit plan is for 60 days through the GMoney HSP card (launching soon). If in case you need more credit line or credit period, you can log your request with us and we will try and do our best to find a solution in future. Which cities do you deliver to ?

We deliver to 15000+ pincodes in india. Most of the cities where the GMoney network is present are serviceable for Group Buy orders.

Minimum Qty 

There is no restriction on the quantity of products to buy in one order. However, to make the price better every time - we have a restriction on Minimum value of the order. Minimum order value  is 5,000/-


Can consumers also buy on GMedz?

Only Hospitals / Pharmacys/ Resellers can buy on GMedz.


My card is not working / Order not getting placed.

Where do I enter my GST details / I need my GST invoice back .

You can enter your GST number - at the time of creation of the Doctors Card. If you need the same to be modified or need a Invoice again, please do write to us on or call us on  022- 4936 1234 (10am to 7pm, Mon -sat)
